Colors and nuances in combinations. MemoWord flashcards
In our busy world, time is the most valuable currency!
So it’s important to use it wisely.
Here are some simple tricks to learn words 2–3 times faster—and actually start speaking.
1. Learn the words you really need
❌ Don’t waste time on abstract lists like “5000 most important words.” You’ll spend hours and still forget them.
✅ Focus on words you’ll actually use—at a lesson, work meeting, store, or while traveling.
No active language situations in your life yet? Then watch YouTube videos, read a page from an interesting book, and save useful words in the MemoWord app.
2. Learn word chunks—not just single words
Single words are harder to remember than vivid word combinations.
Instead of learning two separate flashcards like WHITE and CEILING — just make one: WHITE CEILING.
Much easier and faster to remember! ✅
❌ GO + ❌ DOOR → ✅ GO TO THE DOOR
This is especially important for verbs—always learn them with prepositions and objects.
This approach helps you:
✔ Learn faster
✔ Remember better
✔ Get used to correct word forms
✔ Hear and pronounce word combinations — and speak fluently, without pauses!
3. Say words out loud — even on the subway
Whenever you use flashcards (in “Learn,” “Audio,” or “Autoplay” mode), say every word or phrase out loud.
💪 Ideally out loud, but if you’re in public—whisper or say it silently in your mind.
This trains your facial muscles and speaking skills—even if no one’s around to talk to.

4. Learn on the go — anytime, anywhere
It’s not enough to remember words—you need to practice recalling them quickly.
So open MemoWord whenever you have a free moment. Browse the cards, listen, recall meanings—this will make the language part of your daily life.
Repeat words everywhere: in a café, on the subway, during a run, or in the car.
Your goal is to teach your brain to instantly recall the right word in any situation.
Our “Learn on the Go” mode is your perfect companion for learning while you’re out jogging or behind the wheel!
5. Write words by hand while using the app
Combine “Audio flashcards” with writing:
Take a sheet of paper, listen to a word or phrase, and try writing it down. Then flip the card to check yourself.
This advanced method boosts:
✔ Muscle memory
✔ Visual recall
✔ Phonetic awareness — linking sounds to letters
6. Use new words in speech
Every new word is a tool. Use it right away.
Try it in class or when chatting with someone. No chance to speak?
Record yourself retelling a book or video using new words—then listen and give yourself credit for correct usage.
❌ Don’t focus on mistakes!
✅ Focus on what you did right—and praise yourself!

7. Keep your vocabulary active — review what you’ve learned
Once you’ve learned a lot, don’t let those words fade.
Use MemoWord’s “Quiz” and “Audio Quiz” modes to refresh old sets quickly.
The app automatically picks out words you struggle with and groups them into a “Repeat” set.
This is a super easy way to keep your vocabulary sharp—especially if you’re learning more than one language!
MemoWord’s is loved by polyglots because every language has its own profile.
Words in English won’t mix with French or German.
You can learn advanced Spanish and beginner Korean—side by side.
✅ The result? Faster memorizing, automatic recall, and confident speech.
To sum it up:
If you:
✔ Learn what you need
✔ Focus on phrases, not words
✔ Say words out loud
✔ Practice anywhere, as often as possible
✔ Write things down
✔ Use words in real situations
✔ Review regularly
… your brain will start producing correct word forms automatically—no hesitation, no overthinking.
That’s what fluency is — speaking a foreign language easily, confidently, and naturally.
