Account Deletion in MemoWord
MemoWord app is designed to help you learn languages faster, easier, and more effectively. Thousands of users use it daily to memorize words, train listening skills, and build vocabulary through themed flashcard sets.
However, we understand that circumstances change, and sometimes you may wish to remove your account. If that time comes, we respect your decision and offer simple ways to do so.
How to delete your MemoWord account:
- Go to the app and navigate to:
Settings → Account & Subscription → Delete Account - Alternatively, you can send us an email from the address registered in the app to memowordapp@gmail.com with a request to delete your account.
To confirm the deletion, we’ll ask you to reply once more — after which your account and data will be permanently removed.
What happens after deletion?
In both cases, your account will be completely deleted along with all related data, including:

- User name and email
- Payment history and subscriptions
You can also request partial data removal if needed — just contact us and we’ll help.
